What we collect When you use a form on this site we collect the details you enter — usually your name, email address, phone number and city — together with the page you were on and the time of your request. Job applications may include a résumé.

How we use it We use your details to respond to your request, send the file you asked for, process your application or follow up on a franchise or investment enquiry. With your consent we may send occasional updates about our brands.

Where it is stored Enquiries are stored in access-controlled Google Sheets and our secure database. Résumés are kept in private storage that only authorised staff can open.

How long we keep it We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless the law requires longer.

Your choices You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop sending you updates, by writing to hello@litensity.com.
