The story
BIGGUYS started with one question: what happens when Korean double-fried crunch meets the spice cupboard of an Indian kitchen?
The answer is a menu built around glazes and rubs you won't find anywhere else — gochujang-tamarind, butter-garlic-chilli, smoked pepper — served loud, in generous portions, in stores designed for groups.
Double-fried for a crust that stays crisp under the sauce, with glazes developed in-house for Indian palates.
Korean-Indian fusion
Seoul's double-fried crunch meets Indian spice: glazes and rubs built in our own test kitchen.
