Run a high-volume BIGGUYS store — people, product and P&L.
You will lead a team of 15–20, own the store's numbers and keep every order on standard during the rush.
You will work closely with the area manager on hiring, training and local marketing.
Requirements
3+ years in QSR or casual dining, including at least one year as an assistant or store manager. Comfortable with rosters, inventory and daily sales reporting. Weekend and evening availability.
